First of all, are you on a prescription for your migraines? If not Excedrin Migraine is the best OTC medicine for migraines. Use cold compresses to your head where it hurts. Lay down in a dark, cold room. Stay hydrated, and wait it out. I know they are horrible to live with. I take Firocet and Phenegran for my migraines and they help a lot. Good Luck!
