Many women find that their migraine gets worse as they approach the menopause. Other factors that can trigger migraine in any person includes allergies, dental problems, stress, constipation, smoking, too much or too little sleep, liver malfunction, emotional changes, sun glare, hormonal changes, flashing lights, lack of exercise, changes in barometric pressure. I heard that if you breath in coffee beans mixed with hot water, the steam will mix in with the coffee beans' caffiene, reach into your nasal cavaty, and soothe headaches.~

pain pills often help me, but turning off the lights and noise will help. if you call your doctor they can prescribe some migraine relief pills, those tend to work best, specially if you get them often.

I'm a master at migraine relief!!! Ok first find a quiet place, maybe put on some meditation music on and then rub or have someone rub oil on your head. Some good oils are like sesame, jasmine, lavender, chamomile is used as a pain reliever, peppermint. If you have someone massage your head do it slowly and not to hard. ya you can take a pill but in the long run a massage is the best way to go and if you put a little bit of oil in your hair a day it will help your migraines before they develop.

The one and only time I had a migraine, It was so bad it made me sick, I took some med. called legatrim and it knocked me out, the only real cure for a migraine is sleep. I've heard that excedrin works really well too. I bought the legatrim at CVS, but I don't know if they still sell it, it was some pretty wicked stuff! But man it works!
